A Guide to Recently Reduced Priced Homes in Linn, Benton and Lane County

Links to Price drops in Linn, Benton, and Lane County.  Typically, we are seeing price reductions for homes sitting on the market for longer than two weeks.  In the past few years, homes have sold fast enough not to have many price reductions.  This is an indicator that the market is cooling off.  For more market information check our Market Reports for each region.  Moving into Fall we have started to see inventory increasing and quite a few price reductions.  In general it’s still a seller’s market.  These are homes from the RMLS>  There could still be some listed in the WVMLS, so just send me an email or text, and I will get that list over to you.  Happy hunting!
