Star Gazers – there are a number of meteor showers in August. The next one peaks on Friday night with a rate of two per hour. Not exactly a dazzling display, but could be fun on a warm night. August 3rd boasts a close proximity of Saturn to the moon. If you are trying to tell the different between stars and planets, this would be a good time compare them.
