We have calculated median income levels for couples within the Mid-Willamette Valley and populated a list for each area.  These lists are active and dynamic–they update directly from the MLS.  Click on each area that you want to search in to find homes that will work for a median income budget.  To determine your affordability I strongly recommend you contact your lender.  I can provide a lender list, if you need to speak with someone that will provide you a preliminary estimate, without pulling credit.  If you decide this something that might work you can then fill out a full application with one of them.
