Newly Listed Homes in Linn, Benton and Lane County

Links to homes that have come to the market in the last week in Linn, Benton, and Lane County.  We should be seeing a drop in listings for fall.  Oregon is seasonal in it’s real property sales.  Typically, Oregon experiences a drop in listings and sales during the Fall and Winter.  As such, we experience a slight drop in overall average pricing during this time.  For more market information check our Market Reports for each region.  Moving into Fall we have started to see inventory increasing and quite a few price reductions.  In general it’s still a seller’s market.  These are homes from the RMLS.  There could still be some listed in the WVMLS, so just send me an email or text, and I will get that list over to you.  Happy hunting!
