Open Houses

Links to currently scheduled Open houses in the region.  Typically, we are seeing more open houses for homes that are just coming on the market.  In the past few years, homes have sold faster than brokers can hold them open.  Spring has started to see price increases again across the board and inventory levels in most areas of Oregon have been declining.  That makes Open Houses a rare commodity.  If you click the links below and there isn’t homes listed, it is because there aren’t any scheduled for homes in the RMLS.  There could still be some listed in the WVMLS, so just send me an email or text, and I will get that list over to you.  Happy hunting!
